Sogetsi is a wellness brand focused on two things: everyday balance and restful nights. This website is our official store, where we sell both formulas directly. For any question about the company or your order, email hello@sogetsihealth.com.

Sogetsi products are food supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred, in which case you'll receive a full refund.

Prices are shown in euro (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken securely at the time of order.

Delivery details are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

Your right to cancel and our returns process are set out in our Refund policy. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

All content on this site, including text, images and the Sogetsi name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied without permission.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the products.

These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Sogetsi is based. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live.
